Since a very young age, I was exposed to extreme adversities. Throughout my life I was aware and conscious of the toxic environment I was witnessing. And there was a part of me that wanted to break free from this world. So, during High school, I devoted myself to school projects and sports, so I can be part of a healthy and positive environment. Most of the time it was happy time but somehow, I would occasionally sabotage what I had created for myself in using alcohol for comfort and giving myself away to get love and affection. Unconsciously it was an automatic respond to what I was familiar with and knew. These patterns would keep happening throughout my adulthood. It was imprinted in my memory. So, after serving in the Navy and working as an Air traffic controller, I spent the 30 years that followed on a path of self-realization. From transforming lives with teaching scuba diving to owning a successful business. My life only was filled with extraordinary experiences and adventures. But wherever I went, these shadows kept resurfacing and more intense. I already started the process in changing some habits that were feeding these shadows, but the ego mind led to anxiety and depression which started affected my physical body. Then after a life-threatening situation and a divorce, I knew that I had to do some serious inner work. These toxic patterns, behaviors and emotions had to go. So, after a period of transformation in the depths of the Brazilian mountains receiving the wisdom of the Huni Kuin tribes. I had return home with self unconditional love and liberation. Something I never experience before. It gave me the clarity in what to do next. That chapter was about purging generational traumas and releasing, letting go of everything that were no longer serving me. Rebirth, self-confidence, transcending fear and overcoming self-limitation. My extreme life adversities could have led me to a dark path but with different life choices I made it to the other side. Now today with my extensive spiritual learning in India, my life knowledge and experience. Combine with my connection and expertise with the ocean, it is now my turn to transmit you the tools and the knowledge for you to live life with limitless possibilities! To reignite the fire within! To regain your feminine powers and self-love! So, you can BE... YOU!
